(Seduction) Five habits women should avoid in dating and relationships

October 27th, 2011 admin Posted in relationships | No Comments »

Women certainly face their share of challenges in the dating world. Many women unknowingly sabotage their own relationships. There are five major habits that women engage in that contribute to the failure of a romantic relationship.

Habit 1: Sharing too much with a friend

Women are social by nature. Sometimes women are too social. They often share too much of their relationship challenges with friends. While it is good to talk to third party about romantic relationship challenges, the woman should be talking to the other party in the relationship primarily. The more insulated a relationship is, the better the odds are that it will last. Theres nothing wrong with confiding in a friend, but theres something to be said about the strength of a relationship when individuals are able to independently work out their differences.

Women should avoid putting too many people in their romantic relationships.

Habit 2: Not talking to the other party

The inability to communicate comfortably with a mate is a sign that all should be wary of. If the foundation of a relationship is communication, then the woman should be able to talk to the man about anything going wrong within it. When communication breaks down, the health of the relationship rapidly deteriorates. Its easy to avoid difficult conversations, but the relationship is likely to suffer as a result.

All concerns and issues within the relationship should be laid out in the open for both people to discuss.

Habit 3: Pretending to be happy

Some women pretend to be happy in situations when they are miserable. This behavior gives the other person the false sense of security. The other person feels that the actions and efforts are satisfactory and this creates ambiguity about the health of the relationship. The man feels like everything is going perfectly while the woman feels unfulfilled. The woman shouldnt feel obligated to pretend to be happy. Its in the nature of women to want to nurture and avoid protecting loved ones from hurt. This can be an unhealthy behavior, if the woman continues to pretend to be happy.

A woman should feel comfortable enough to own their feelings or discontent and share them with her partner.

Habit 4: Taking advice from the wrong people

Women have to be more discriminating about who they go to for advice. It is important for women to seek advice from women that have had stable relationships. The happy and well-adjusted individual that has a good track record with dating and relationships is a good person to go to for advice. Unfortunately, women often go to the people who have the most unstable and unhealthy views of dating.

Women should be careful to only seek advice from mature and stable people capable of offering sound advice.

Habit 5: Changing a person

A recent study shows that an individuals personality is defined by the first grade. This means that by the time the individual has started dating, the person is already set in his ways. Women should date men on the level that they are on without the expectation that they will someday change. Women need to avoid selecting a man with the objective of upgrading them. Theres something wrong with dating a person with a checklist of changes that he should make in mind.

Women should date with the expectation that the man wont change.

These are common habits that women engage in that pose challenges for them in dating and romantic relationships.

Shrink4Men–What Is Wrong With Dr. Tara Palmatier

By Jason Atkinson

Like numerous women with a cluster b personality disorder, Dr. Tara started out fine, but now her blog has been used to personally attack people who have protested to the information she post on her blog. Dr. Tara’s smear campaigns also consist of her eagerness to give personal information about the people who have protested her posts.

To make matters worse, Dr. Tara also has attacked people on her blog, has make fun of hypnosis and NLP, and though she can be found leaving post on blogs that focus upon males seducing women, she also says she doesn’t believe in “game”. One must question that if Dr. Tara truly does not believe in persuasion, then for what reason is she posting on seduction web sites, even going to the degree of making sure her name is spelled right?

Cluster b women are infamous for developing smear campaigns, and many of them are in the helping professions. It truly is a sad thing to see a so called specialist in psychology attack women like this, and to use her forum and blog as a tool to launch smear campaigns towards people who don’t agree with every single thing she says. Borderline women can do no wrong, and cluster b women are exceptionally emotional. Dr. Tara is no uncommon.

It is also particularly rare for a so called psychologist to undermine the significance of hypnosis because many psychologist use hypnosis in their private practices. Then again, Dr. Tara doesn’t have a private practice so this probably isn’t important to her. Nevertheless, she is using her blog and forum more and more to establish smear campaigns that are stealthily aimed at attacking people. This is traditional textbook behavior. Dr. Tara continues to say that she is not bothered by her protesters, yet if she isn’t bothered, then why is she writing entire post on her blog and forum that are aimed at attacking single individuals? In one of her post, Dr. Tara was even trying to tell her readers where one of her protesters lived!

By Dr. Tara’s own admission, cluster b women have the mentality of a two year old, so it would be outstanding to notice the shrink4men growing up a little bit. Her supporters act as though they are brainwashed and believe everything she says, never noticing that Dr. Tara is starting to display some of the same behaviors she writes are cluster b associated.Kiwihelen, a disordered person who comes from a disordered family, is also a self proclaimed specialist in psychology. Another screwed up member by the name of Shieldmaden uses the blog to post monotonous post where she gossips about her husband’s confidential life and their divorce proceedings. Shieldmaden is another instance of a chaotic woman violating boundaries, which is what cluster b women do.

There are many good resources on cluster b personality disorders, so think twice about the so called shrink4men.

Reveal the smear campaign of Dr Tara J. Palmatier by clicking one of the links that will take you directly to shrink4men. Women are not the only people who possess personality disorders. Men also have them. Optimistically, by observing Dr. Tara closely, you will perceive that psychologist can have them too.

Creative Incentives for Employees

By Mimi T.

An estimated 25% of employees would fire their bosses if they could. An overwhelming majority of employees report feeling unappreciated. This is the most common reason why many leave their jobs. Amid economic challenges, employers are finding it increasingly difficult to offer incentives to the employees. In many cases, the employer would love to offer better benefits to the hard-working staff. But many businesses are struggling to keep overhead costs low. There are some creative incentives that an employer could consider offering to the staff.

Flexible scheduling is a great incentive for the hard-working employees. Simply create a four-by-ten work schedule. For many businesses, this is an easy incentive to put in place. Not only will employees have a day off, but they will also feel less exhausted with the shorter workweek in place.

Employers could offer telecommuting. With instant messenger, email, collaborative meeting tools and smart phone technology, it is more than possible for individuals to work from home. An employer only has to create tasks or deadline-driven projects for the telecommuting day to ensure that productivity doesnt suffer. The average office employee only needs a laptop, internet connection and phone to tackle assignments. Most employees would appreciate being able to work from the privacy of their own home.

The employer could purchase gift cards for the employees. The gift card could be a part of a monthly drawing, or handed out randomly to an impressive employee. An employer could purchase a gift card for practically anything, including: gas, groceries, restaurant or money. The unsuspecting employee would feel inspired by that gesture. Gift cards a great way for the employee to be recognized for their tireless efforts.

Sending an employee home early is another great way to show employee appreciation. A recent Regus survey showed that 34% of employees feel overworked. According to a recent Accounttemps survey, the least productive hours of the day are between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. This means that sending an employee home early during that timeframe isnt likely to have a true impact on productivity. As a result of being sent home earlier, the employee could have a shorter commute.

Incentive plans are another great incentive for employees. A recent Kelly Global Workforce survey 53% of participants felt that employee motivation would improve if there was a profit-sharing or incentive plan in place. Many businesses provide similar programs to the sales team, but the other employees are often left out. The employer could easily establish metrics for the employee to meet. Incentive plans work best when all employees within a company are included. Each employee would feel more vested in the success of the business.

If a business offers a service that the local business community could benefit from, a barter system could be put in place. A business can partner with a local spa, restaurant, garage or other service company to create discounts for the employees. Since the barter system is based on trade, the business wont have to invest a great deal in creating these benefits. Employees appreciate being able to enjoy privileges from local area businesses.

Flexible scheduling and other creative incentives are affordable ways for a business to show appreciation to a valued employee.
